Listings are free and always will be. Fill this in and we will check the details against your own site before publishing — see the editorial standard for exactly what we look at.

You do not need to have everything below. Name, organiser and a link to the official page are enough to get started; we will find the rest and come back to you if anything is unclear.

Before you submit

  • We list recurring series — meetings that have run at least twice and intend to run again.
  • We publish where proceedings are indexed, including when the answer is nowhere. That is not a mark against a conference and we would rather say it than imply otherwise.
  • Submitting does not guarantee a listing, and a listing is not an endorsement.
  • We will never ask you for money to be listed, to be verified, or to have a flag removed. Anyone claiming otherwise is not us.
