Corrections

Dates move. Organisers redesign their sites. We check monthly and still miss things. Reporting an error is the most useful thing you can do here, and it is not an imposition.

What to report

• A deadline that has changed, or that we have recorded wrongly.
• Proceedings indexing that is out of date or plainly wrong.
• A series that has ended, merged, or changed name.
• A flag you believe is unfair, or a fact behind it that has since changed.
• A series we should be listing and are not.

What happens next

Everything gets read by a person. If you include a link to the organiser’s own page showing the correct information, a straightforward date correction is usually live within two working days. Anything involving a credibility status takes longer, because we go back through the checks in the editorial standard before changing anything.

You will get a reply either way, including when we decide not to make the change — with the reason.

If you run a conference listed here and something is wrong, you do not need to prove who you are to get a factual error fixed. Send the correction and the source through the contact form. If you want ongoing control of your listing, say so and we will sort out access.
