If you are reporting a wrong date, a link to the organiser’s own page showing the correct one gets it fixed fastest. If you are challenging a credibility flag, read the editorial standard first — it sets out exactly what we checked and what would change our mind.

What to expect

• Straightforward date corrections: usually fixed within two working days.
• Anything involving credibility status: longer, because we redo the checks.
• Everything gets a reply, including when the answer is no.

We do not publish a direct email address, because a directory address is a spam magnet. This form goes to the same place one would.
